The fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail in the middle of the engine, on top. GM has a huge problem with theirs leaking. I've never heard of a bad one on a Chrysler product, but I did run into one with a cut o-ring on the nipple. That caused a long crank time but once running, the engine ran fine.
