My doge was running great and then lost power when i push the accelerator slightly.i had to push theaccelerator to the floor to get it to go. Now there is water pouring out from the area by the motor mount. Is this a blown head gasket or a blown freeze plug or something bigger?

It could be either the gasket or freeze plug. Considering you lost power, my first guess is a head gasket.
