Remove wheel. Turn steering to gain better access. Break loose lock nut on tie rod end. Remove nut holding TRE to spindle assembly. Use ball joint seperator or just hammer stud out of hole. Unthread TRE from steering inner rod asembly. Leave lock nut in place. Thread new 1 on till hits nut. Insert stud in spindle assm. Put on stud nut. Now you can tighten lock nut on rod assembly. Put wheel back on. Check wheel alignment with car on ground measuring distance between tires, front and rear. Should be nearly identical within 1/4 inch. Usually slighty wider in back measurement(1/4). Drive and pay attention to tire wear patterns for any corrections needed.
