I was hoping to find a diagram or instructions on how to remove/replace control arm bushings. Front and rear...any help would be appreciated, I'm not sure of the process and the interweb hasn't helped me yet.

Get a copy of the manufacturer's service manual. It will list the procedures with drawings and torque specs. The biggest thing you can do to mess it up is to tighten the pivot bolts while the car is jacked up. That clamps the new bushings in a permanent twist. You need to have the car sitting on the tires when the bolts are tightened.
