Wipers only work on first intermittent speed

havne't really tried too much only think i have done is swap the two relays under the hood and checked the fuses, still the same problem

The wiper switch is bad and needs replacement. That is about all that is left as the motor either works or it does not.

The part number is C6225 it is called a multi function switch and is located in your steering column
