no heater operation

1996 Dodge Dakota have no heat : replaced radiator, thermostat, cap, flushed heater core no leaks, still no heat what is the problem heat what gives. I replaced every thing related to heating system but can't get any heat is there something I might have over looked?

Check the air blend door/actuator could be stuck in the cold position
