I changed the thermostate and had good heat now nothing and i have no pressure in my radiator. I open The cap nd no air or pressure releases

two possibllities thermostat in backwatrds or system not full of coolant

The pin side up rite is their a certian way it faces its my first one so i dnt know a hell of. A lot about them

Yeah the spring is in the block and i have plenty of coolant i berped the system and it was going good then i shut the truck off. Did a oil change and now i got nothing its not over heating its not getting hot staying at 175

So had heat thenchanged oil now no heat? 175 enough to have heat check heat control cable move from hot to cold. glove box out can see if it is working

What could cause no pressure in the radiator its self cause the knob works i could feel nd hear the change in air

well cap maybe leaking off pressure
