Caravan will not start

Turns over strong sparks only once have replaced cam shaft sensor and ignition coil and many other parts have not replaced oxygen sensor or computer

You still need to check basics before talking computer. I would look at the crank sensor. The flywheel is a common issue as well for no spark situation. Have it checked to verify.

There is a trigger on the wheel that cracks and there is no signal sent to the pcm. A shop with a scan tool can verify the signal.

Would that cause it to only spark once just wondering
i also replace the timing chain on it too the van is a 1996 with the 3.0

Ok, it has a distributor. That needs to be verified that it is working as well. You need a scope now to check that. I think you are going to need help from a shop from here on unless you have a scanner and a scope.

By the way, did you check the timing belt.

The vehice is not equiped with a belt it has a timing chain I have a friend with a snap on scanner I have a cheap scan tool when I go to pull up codes it says it doent have any I will see about botowing it to see what it brings up

The 3.0 has a belt. The 3.3 and 3.8 have chains. Do you tell me the right motor?

Ok. Back to square one. Without seeing it, I still think you need to have the crank and cam sensors scoped to see the readings and see if the signal is getting to the pcm.
