My van has blown 3 or 4 coil packs andmy mechanic says it has abad short killing mostly everything.

We checked the codes and there were 7 of those. P1391,P1491,P0118,P0352,P0401,P0204 and P0443. Can you tell me what the problem is? The fan relay is almost welded to the frame. Please I need help, thanks.

Check for shorts. Check the power circuit for the fan relay.
