My friend came back to work and as he pulled in his van shut off and he tried to crank it and it wouldn't crank. we have already changed the crank position sensor because a mechanic that he talked to said that might be the problem but it still won't crank. please help.

Crank means the starter turning the engine, not the engine starting. Is the starter working?
