1996 Dodge Caravan Car won't Start

Hey, I have a 1996 Dodge Caravan. It starts but doesn't roll. It's showing "Alarm Set" on the dashboard, and displaying code "P1698". I've tried replacing the PCM and checked all the fuses. It's happened before, then it just started working. That was about 1 year ago. Now it just doesn't want to start anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated. I believe it has something to do with the alarm system but I'm really not sure anymore.

Try resetting your security system if no manual look online. If stillnot starting have a local pro see what is wrong with security system it will need scanning.

By reseting my alarm system, do you mean locking and then unlocking? I've tried that and it still doesn't start.

Then have a pro scan it to see what is wrong with it
