I've had the turned signal replace six times already by different specialist. what's wrong? It seems like it's an electrical problem of some kind but I can't figure out what wrong. the turn signal just comes on when it wants, it could be just bad luck on six different time, anyhow any recommendations are welcomed. What was replaced six times?

The electronic flasher is a heavy unit and often sags in the socket from its own weight, then some of the contacts make intermittent connection. Check if it's in tight and fully seated. It's above the gas pedal.
