i have a 1996 Chrysler New Yorker thats making rattling noises in the front end and the front right tire catches after a point when turing right

Do you mean catching as in it won't turn all the way to the left or right, or the wheel won't rotate freely when driving forward? Please elaborate on the symptoms and observations.
