When the ABS light comes on the power windows don"t work , and the heater fan doesn"t come on . We checked fuses but they seem fine .But when AbS light is off everything is fine .

Check the ignition switch connector for signs of overheated terminals and a melted connector body. If you find that replace the switch, cut the two overheated terminals out to replace them separately, and cut away the four inches of wire that is hardened from the heat. Splice in new pieces of wire the same gauge, use the appropriate crimp-on terminals, but solder them too, and seal the splices with heat-shrink tubing.

All the circuits you listed are on the same part of the ignition switch. Overheated contacts occurs most commonly to people who use the heater fan on the highest setting often and especially when they leave it on high when turning the ignition switch off and on like that.

Did caradiodoc's solution work for you? I have the exact same problem with my 97 Dodge Intrepid. I took it to a shop and they replaced the ignition switch. That seemed to work for a few weeks, but the problem resurfaced. But, I'm pretty darned sure they didn't cut and replace any bad terminals or wire.
