There has been cases of ABS modules overvoltage seen by ECM and it shuts down gauges and other things. To test disconnect ABS module and see if gauges return.

Do you have auto climate control? Also my source is showing a BCM a TCM and a PCM. The climate is only involved with BCM. While the cluster gauges are all 3 in some cases.

I have a 95 concorde. Same problem. My car does have auto climate control. The climate control caused the instrument cluster to go out. Any ideas how to fix? Climate control module? BCM??
