1996 Chrysler Cirrus vacuum hose problem

I did the spark plugs and had to take the manifold off when I did that the vacuum hose disconnected some where and I don't know where.I tried to get a diagram of the vacuum hose but had no luck. The part of the house is still attached to the manifold but I don't know where the house connects to. Can you help me with that.I basically need to know the to and from of that house so I can reconnect it. Thank you

When you say house, do you mean hose? I need to know if there is something specific that you are referring to. Also, do you know where either end of the hose is attached?

Thanks for the pic off the hoses it was the biggest help, the house behind the throttle body which is on back of manifold very very thin line like hard plastic.I can see the hoseand it's start and end point in quick I was looking for.

Now my gas tank is leaking from the top what can that be it just started yesterday, I'm figuring ima have to drop the tank again.
