I want to add an additional fan relay due to lights flickering when the stock fans turn on(alternator checks out and so does battery). I would like to know what each of the wires going to the stock fans represent. Thank you.

How is adding a relay going to change the current draw?

Because I will draw current directly from battery instead of going through electrical system is this not correct?

No, it's not. You're already doing that.

Outside of just installing a bigger battery, there isn't much you can do there. A tech could check it out to be sure there aren't any module of connection issues. For the RPM issue you can clean the throttle body and throttle plate out on the inside.
