RING GEAR WAS BAD. REPLACED IT PUT IN NEW STARTER BAT. WAS BAD REPLACED IT. STARTER KICKS BACK MOTOR TURNS OVER SLOW ER WHEN COLD WHEN MOTORS WARM A SLIGHT KICKBACK BUT STARTS RIGHT OFF ALL STARTED WITH A BAD FUELPUMP REPLACED THAT ALL NEW PARTS. STICKER SAYS TIMING IS CONTROLLED BY COMP. SHIMED STARTER ALSO. CAN i STILL CHECK TIMING WITH LIGHT.

The ignition timing is computer controlled no adjustment needed its not the same as the earlier models-
