leaking from oil pan and lower inner cooler line and running about 70-80 pounds oil pressure supposed to run about 50 on start up i think pvc is no good blowing my seals

pcv has no effect on oil pressure.

70-80 lbs of oil pressure is high. the relief valve in the pump may be bad or sticking.

the oil cooler lines are common for leaks. they are made in aftermarket.

did you verify the pressure with a manual gauge??
