Cranks over but will not start. Fuses all good both inside of truck and under hood. Checked for voltage to fuse block under hood - yes. Checked voltage to fuses pertaining to starting, all had voltage except ECM-1 with key turned on. Could it be a fuseable link between starter and switch?

You need to re check your fuses and use a test light to verify power on both sides. Check the fusible links at the starter as well.
No matter what or which fuse is blown, this is just the beginning. You must find out the reason for this failure or it will continue to fail.

There is a fuseable link that goes from the batter to the alternator, not the starter. I have attached wiring schematics of both the charging system and starting system. I hope they help.
