Transmission don't shift to 3rd and 4th gear.

Transmission don't shift to 3rd and 4th gear ! It was fine driving it but going up hill last night I heard the engine rpm went high then it stayed in 2nd gear

Internal failure in trans from clutch or seals.

Replace the trans or have it re built
