no brake or hazard lights on a 99 Chevy Suburban

99 Chevy suburban no rear brake light and no hazard lights. Running lights and turn signals work. Replace the brake relay switch and relays under the dash. Any suggestions?

If you replace the stop light switch, is it adjusted properly? If OK check the multifunction switch, on the column, these wires run thu it, if the high mount works but the brake lights don't, suspect the multifunction switch.
