I have recently takin a dashboard completely out of the truck for cosmetic repairs & after re-install the gauges on the cluster, (fuel & volts ), are reading off, & performance is very poor during excelleration. Performance gets worse when I turn the headlights on.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Symptoms indicates you most probably have a ground circuit somewhere that is not securely tightened.

Is the MIL indicating?

You would have to recheck your work. Might be a loose ground circuit some near the meter cluster.
