1996 Chevrolet Silverado After Getting C System Noticed On Dash Vent Setting

After getting my a/c system going I noticed when on dash vent setting little air comes out of my vents and much air is comming out of my defrost vents. What are some things to check or fix this problem?. The mode door acuator appears to be working!

mode door. it has to change the air direction from commands from the control head.
