1996 S-10 WONT COLD START BUT RUNS FINE AFTER ITS STARTED WITH STARTING FLUID. IT WILL RESTART DURING THE DAY BUT AFTER IT SITS OVER NIGHT IT WONT START AGAIN IN THE MOTNING WITHOUT USEING STARTING FLUID.

Check fuel pressure
any reading below 59psi fuel pump need to be replaced

First start of the day, use a gage and check fuel pressure, key on engine off. What is litre size of engine? When you turn the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run for a few seconds? With the first start, if you cycle the key on and off two or three times, no crank, does it start faster? How long since a tune-up?
