I have a 96 chevy S10. My interior lights are flikering when the vehicle is running. My voltage indicator is between 14 and 19. I had a diagnostic 3 months ago. They said my alternator and battery are fine. Should I be concerned? We weather has dropped considerably. Does the cold affect this?
