1996 Chevrolet S-10 cant get trans back in

Changed flywheel clutch and pressure plate and now cant get trans back in connected to bell housing used alignment tool and aligned it correctly im thinkin its throw out bearing or forks I cant get passed to get trans back in

Something isn't together right. Do you have an exploded view of the clutch assembly to compare to?

Thanks I got it in there it wasnt goin over the lip on he pilot bearing all I gotta do now is bolt it up put driveshaft in and put sum more gear oil in and see how it drives it was alot to go through for just a fkywheel I went ahead and changed out the clutch and pressure plate while I had the trans out
