1996 Chevrolet S 10 Blleding Brakes Front Fine Rear You Open Bleeder Valve

Blleding brakes and front brakes are fine. Rear brakes when you open the bleeder valve nothing hardly comes out. It was dry in the mater cly. at one time but is full now. Is this a master cyl. issue and does it need to be replaced?

could be a collapsed brake hose in the rear, bad proportioning valve or yes, a bad master.
