I own a 1996 Monte Carlo and I just got an engine light today. I went to the shop and got the code reading and it turned out to be two P1441 codes. There wasn't much info the technician was able to give me so I did a little research myself. Turns out to be an evap purge valve. I honestly don't know what this is nor do I know where to find it. Please help?

You ask about repairing or replacing the purge valve because that name is in the code description. There are a lot of things that will set a purge code. Something as simple as a loose gas cap or a hole in a vacuum line could set that code.
