Minivan starts when it wants and stalls when it rains

Hello. I recently replaced the hose that is attached to the PCV valve. Also I changed my fuel filter 2 weeks ago. Recently changed my plugs, and 1 of my coil packs. It has new wires too. The problem is when I drove it would feel like it was missing. Next it would turn off while I was driving and I'd have to push it somewhere until it'd want to turn back on. I never smelled any gas anywhere. I used to hear the fuel pump engage now I don't. I'm hoping it is the fuel pump relay as I checked all the fuses and confirmed that it is getting spark. What I don't understand is why it when it rains the car will not allow me to accelerate or even turn on at all? Right now my APV doesn't turn on at all. I was told to change my crankshaft sensor. Why? My APV has 2 of these. How do I know which is bad, IF that is why it isn't turning over? The main problem is finding out why it dies on me while I'm driving, and then it not wanting to turn back on? Last time I was on the highway when this happened in traffic. I had to get out and push it to the shoulder. Please help me!

Do you have a check engine light?

Next time it refuses to start don't wait for it to make up its mind-do below immediately to determine if its fuel or spark problem

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, Do you hear the fuel pump come On when you turn key on? If not check fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay if okay-check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
