I own a 96 chevy Lumina. To get it up and running it will require a new rear bumper, replacement rear right tail light, and a completely new muffleer exhaust system. I have a standing offer for 700 dollars as is but also am in dire need of a drivable car. Just curious if it would even be worth the effort. Runs great though and i can do the repairs myself and get parts from a junkyard cheap.Sell or salvage? And a repair estimate as well. I appreciate any and all info

If the car is mechanically sound, and you need a car, i would do the required repairs, it will not take muck to fit the bumper & lights, an hr or so should see this done, as for the exhaust, if it is just the rear muffler, this will not be a problem either, i would consider fixing it up but only if it is mechanically sound.
