Rear brakes making a grinding noise

Hello, I have a 96 chevy lumina car 3.1, having rear brake noise, heres what I have changed wheel cylinder, springs, shoes, drum twice and I had one drum cut, wheel bearing and its still making a grinding sound. Your thoughts

Is the drum hitting the ring around the outside of the drum?

What kind of brake lining?

I checked the backing plate theres no wear that I can find and this is the second set brake shoes rabestos
