Is this a Lumina car or a Lumina truck?

Check the engine size again. There is no 3.8 available in either of them.

its a Lumina APV....not sure of the engine size but its the engine (transverse) has a plastic intake manifold and has the 3 coils (pack) on the left side

You have a 3.4 engine. I don't believe they use serial numbers on them any longer. They use casting numbers to identify the block. That is usually on the top edge of the block where the bellhousing meets it.
