will not idle

I have a Chevy Lumina it seams to have a fuel problem it will not idle and when i try to put it in gear it stalls out. I have replaced the spark plugs and the fuel filter but this did not help

This is a 1996 chevy lumina engine type 3.1

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor, idle air control and EGR/PCV valves and check the fuel pressure-also check the TPS and MAP sensors
