my car is bogging down and blowing out black smoke and a light gray smoke could this be a distributor problem

That's an indication of over fueling and you will have to find the reason for it. It could be a lot of things. Check the fuel pressure regulator and all the injectors by using a fuel pressure gauge and watching the rest pressure.
