cooling system

the cooling fans are not runing but when i put a test light on the relay on whitch the fans turn on but cant seem to get them to run off the relay and the relays are new.

IT sounds like the fan motor is bad. Run a jumper wire from the battery + to the fan motor to see if it runs. Or check to see if there is power to the motor itself. IF there is power, then the motor is bad.
