1996 Chevrolet Camaro 30 amp breaker sparking and hot

break lights are not working ,power seat not working and the 30 amp breaker is hot and sparks when plugging it in

if the breaker ifs for power seats you either have a short in wiring /switch or motors. check to see if brake lights get power if they do check ground if not see if it's going through t/s switch may not be.. or it's brake switch.
