My 1996 Blazer's wiper blades (both front & back) do not work, but they do make a noise when turned on. Any idea what the problem is?

there is a transmission linkage for the front. you may have a clip broken or the linkage itself. you'll have to pull the wiper blades andthe vent off the front of the windshield to seethings. on the rear make sure you are getting power to the motor. you may have a fuse burnt up. the ufse in in the i/p fuse box. you could have a bad switch as well.
