Transmission won't shift past 2nd gear?

Transmission won't shift past 2nd gear and my anti lock break light is on and the speedometer quit working all at the same time can someone please explain to me how to fix this problem thank you

Check your BRAKE FUSE (10A).

THAT'S THE INSTRUMENT BOX (behind left side of instrument panel).
