I need help out of work 5 months need to fix truck many codes P0102-P0420-P0340-P0302 told to replace Camshaft postion sensor this will fix the problem on initial crank truck will not start with out pressing the gas like in old times.

Clean the idle air control valve and MAF sensor and se what happens-also check fuel pressure if its within specs
