My 96 blazer wont start what could be the problem?

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank over at all/nothing happens when your turn key to starting position?

At first it would attempt to crank over then just not start, then after trying a little too long it just started clicking

Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connections are good.
