Why have my brights and hazards quit working?

The relay switch behind glove box has been making a clicking noise when the headlights are on. My hazards have quit working and now my brights do not work, and it seems that the headlights are A LOT dimmer. Does this have anything to do with the relay switches?

Check fuses in fuse block and make sure cgrounds for headlight are clean. Headlight grounds to check are behind left cyl head and on radiator support both sides. Then have the multi-function switch checked.

Check the hazard relay under dash left of steering column for hazards as well as fuse for that

Are headlights sealed beams or composite?
Have you checked the fuses and relays?
