pulling to the left when brake is applied?

the brake pedal is hard to push down leading to blazer pulling to the left when brake is applied

Hello,

When a vehicle pulls to the side during brake application, it can be caused by seized caliper.
Brakes are designed to apply even pressure both side. When it is unable to do so you will have a pull to either side.
The calipers are designed to be 'floating' style caliper. They are mounted on sliders and when the brake gets applied they will even out the pressure being applied to both side. However if the slide bolts get seized you will have uneven pressure and the vehicle will pull to one side.

Inspect the brake calipers. If the slide bolt(s) is seized replacement will be necessary.
