1996 Chevrolet Astro Back dutch/ hatch door

The back glass hatch door will open but the Dutch doors will not, How can I get it open to replace the latch and or actuator.

You have to pry off the passenger side inside carpeted panel so you can grab the door open rod and pull on it to open the door.
