What causes the smell of antifreeze after all hoses have been changed and no aparent leakage?

A leak you still have somewhere will cause the smell of antifreeze can you smell it inside or outside the van.

The smell is inside when you accelerate it is stronger and there is no sign of any leakage at all is not loosing fluid.

If you can smell it theres a leak. Pressure test the system and look under pass side door or pass floor, might have a bad heater core. P.S check all your clamps again.

Yeah if you can smell it inside I suspect the heater core it could be just starting to leak slowly. You can rent a coolant pressure tester from auto zone auto part's to pressure test the system.
