my cooling fans wont come on,i chahged the thermostat,cts,relay,i checked the fan motors they are working.i have power at the fuse and rely but no power in the wire directly plugged in fan can you suggest anything else i could check or do.

probably the same problem I am having right now. The PCM is not closing the fan circuits. If you check for control voltage at the relay to ground you should have voltage. However the PCM is not switching to ground the circuit on the backside of the relay. I am ordering a new PCM but in the meantime I am installing a separate switch circuit temporarily to turn on the fans by controlling the relays that the PCM isn't.
