1996 Cadillac Seville Wondering Fast You Drive 1st 2nd 3rd Gears Transmission

I was wondering how fast you can drive in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears? My transmission is slipping in "D" and will only go 35 mpr. Transfluid is full. No leaks. Need help!! Thanks. Tami

have a trans guy run a scan on it, you may have internal damage.
