Heater fan doesnt work even after replacing motor has signal out of the motor on a grey wire has power into and ground out of the motor. could there be a heater switch in the coolant lines and if so where

it is a ground controlled motor. that why both wires are hot. the climate control module controls the blower. have it checked for codes to narrow the area of failure
