Transmission Shifts Hard After driving awhile

Shifts good when i first start the car, but when i drive it for awhile it will start shifting hard in any gear..what could the problem be

Usually a hard shift is caused by too high of transmission pressure.Do you have a codes in the computer?Have you checked for codes yet?
