1996 Cadillac Deville Fuses

My bright head light, interior lights, and my lighter plug ins all went out at the same time. I figure they all share the same fuse. Witch one is it? And where can I find it?

Numbers 24 and 25 are for the high beam. They are located at the inside of the vehicle fuse box and both are 10 amp.
